Gombe Africa Tour and Travel shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the Gombe Africa Tour and Travel bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
The provision of goods and services by Gombe Africa Tour and Travel is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Gombe Africa Tour and Travel will refund the client in full within 30 days.
Cancellation of orders by the client will attract an administration fee based on the cancellation timeline (see Cancellation Fees below).
This agreement cannot be cancelled, except by agreement between Gombe Africa Tour and Travel and the Hirer. The Hirer accepts that these cancellation terms are reasonable and fair.

Important: Scheduled day tours must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to departure to avoid cancellation fees.
If Gombe Africa Tour and Travel has already paid third-party suppliers, that amount will not be refunded.
There are no refunds for Robben Island tickets, Garden Route tours, and Journey-through-Kruger two-night safaris.
Gombe Africa Tour and Travel is a business in the travel and tours industry. We provide accommodation, guided safaris, day tours, shuttle services, car rentals, helicopter tours, and bespoke travel packages across Africa and Europe.
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2 business days and delivery confirmed by way of a booking number and/or booking voucher sent to your registered email.
The offerings on this website are available to international clients. Certain tour packages may be subject to regional availability.
Card transactions will be acquired for Gombe Africa Tour and Travel via an approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks.
The payment gateway uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3), and no card details are stored on the website.
Customer details will be stored by Gombe Africa Tour and Travel separately from card details, which are entered by the client on the payment gateway’s secure site.
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. The transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa. Gombe Africa Tour and Travel chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, the law of South Africa.
